Our Food & kitchen 

Á la carte menu served from  Monday -Saturday   6pm till 8:30pm

*Sunday roasts  menu only 12:30pm till 2pm or until sold out.

The Molesworth Arms is a proper pub in the 21st century, serving home cooked substainable food and good quality food and drink. We do not classify ourselves as a gastro pub we just love cooking and eating! 


We build close ties with our suppliers and work with them to showcase the wealth of high quality produce in our area and to help generate business within the local economy.

Our meat and fish are sourced from local suppliers and we have a poly tunnel where we grow as much of our own vegetables and herbs for our kitchen.

Mark our chef (and only chef) prepares and mades from scratch all our dishes in our kitchen. These are interesting but un-complicated, country style cooking.  He also has a smokery at the back of his kitchen creating fantastic smells around the village and cooks the best Sunday roasts!

Puff pastry pie of the week served with chips & peas

Beef bourguignon, boulangeres potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Fresh grill seabass, with salad, potatoes & butter lemon sauce

Our local steaks: choice of 6oz fillet, 8oz sirloin or 10oz ribeye steak,

served with chips, peas & a peppercorn sauce

Creamy, herby mushroom stroganoff, steamed rice & salad

Home grown aubergines & tomato spiced curry, served with rice, poppadom, chutney & mint raita

Spiced Tuscan, black bean sweet potato stew, served with salad & bread
