We build close ties with our suppliers and work with them to showcase the wealth of high quality produce in our area and to help generate business within the local economy.
Our meat and fish are sourced from local suppliers and we have a poly tunnel where we grow as much of our own vegetables and herbs for our kitchen.

All our dishes are prepared and made from scratch by our Head Chef Mark who has a passion for interesting, but un-complicated, country style cooking. We have our own on-site smokery & during the summer months we open up our outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven serving delicious handmade pizzas & a BBQ to fire up on special occasions.
