We have two lovely cosy & comfortable B&B rooms with private en-suites
Church View and School View located on the first floor, both are bed and breakfast.
And we have a 1 bedroom Garden Flat with full kitchen and an outdoor woodfired pizza oven and BBQ.
All rooms are for two adults only, sorry no children or pets.
SCHOOL VIEW SUITE
King size bed, wifi. flat screen TV, feature fireplace. Small en-suite bathroom, shower over small bath, (not full size), bath towels & bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer. Tea & coffee facilities.
When we first purchased the pub back in 2015 we named this room "School View" as it over looked the primary school but unfortunately it closed down a few months later. In 2020 during lockdown we discovered damp on the south facing wall so had to take the plaster off and the old fire place was exposed. This now makes a great feature with soft fairy lights.

CHURCH VIEW SUITE
King size bed, wifi. flat screen TV, sofa.
En-suite bathroom with shower, bath towels & bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer
Tea & coffee.
Church View looks over to our 13th century church, sunny views as it is south facing and it enjoys a quiet location; it is our most popular room.
Room rate £120 per night including breakfast
Breakfast is served on the first floor in our garden room. If the weather is nice you can sit outside!
Breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereals and a cooked breakfast.
THE GARDEN FLAT
Fully equipment kitchen (with fridge/freezer dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine), king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, wifi, good size bathroom with shower, courtyard garden with pizza oven & BBQ.

Both of these rooms are directly above our little pub, access is up a fairly steep external staircase with balcony and outdoor seating area overlooking south to St Swithun's church.
We are an old pub so there is no lift or wheel chair access to our rooms.
Garden Flat is on the ground floor and there are just a few steps leading to the apartment.
