located on the first floor & a self contained 1 bed aparment.

When we first purchased the pub back in 2015 we named this room "school view" as it over looked the primary school but unfortunately it closed down a few months later. In 2020 during lockdown we discovered damp on the south facing wall so had to take the plaster off and the old fire place was exposed. This now makes a great feature with soft fairy lights.

Both rooms are directly above our little pub, access is up a fairly steep external staircase with balcony and outdoor seating area overlooking south to St Swinthins church.
We are an old pub so there is no lift or wheel chair access to our rooms.
